How to install
1. Download Samsung One 3 place on Internal SDCard
2. Backup everything!!!
3. Full wipe ( Factory reset/data - Cache/Dalvic Cache
4. Install Samsung One 3
5. Reboot

      at the moment its is not possible because the htc use the totally different chips so the lib files and code files are hard to modified for the Samsung devices
      may be near feature it is possible but not now
